Delivery and Returns

Shipment Method:

We currently offer free shipping on all orders and use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all of our deliveries.

Domestic Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

At this time only ships to addresses within the UK. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages: is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:

We don’t currently ship outside the UK. 

Returns Policy:

We are happy for you to return your product(s) unopened and in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you don’t receive your refund within 14 days, please get in touch with your bank or credit card company initially. It may take 3-5 working days to show on your statement.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at and we’ll double check something hasn’t gone amiss at our end. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

If your order arrives defective or damaged we will replace like for like. To request an exchange mail us at for further details on how to return your item. You must supply images of the damaged goods before we can process the exchange. 

Return shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable if not requesting a replacement. If you request to receive a replacement product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please provide proof of postage to enable us to refund your shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
